1. Who is responsible
NexThera Consulting is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Privacy enquiries may be sent to marcvankempen@nextheraconsulting.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect information that you choose to provide through the Executive Conversation form or by email, including your name, organisation, position, email address, telephone number, selected discussion topics and the content of your enquiry.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to assess and respond to your enquiry, arrange a requested conversation, prepare for that conversation and, where appropriate, take steps toward an advisory engagement.
4. Legal basis
For the enquiry form, processing is based on your consent and on taking steps at your request before entering into a possible contract. Where an engagement begins, further processing may be necessary to perform the contract or meet legal obligations.
5. Retention
Enquiries that do not result in an engagement are retained for no longer than 12 months after the last substantive contact and are then deleted or anonymised, unless a shorter period is appropriate. Client records are retained only for as long as necessary for the engagement and applicable contractual, legal, accounting or tax obligations.
6. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only where necessary with trusted service providers supporting email, hosting, security or professional administration, or where disclosure is required by law. Such providers may process information only for the agreed purpose and subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. International transfers
Where a service provider processes information outside the European Economic Area, we use an approved transfer mechanism or another lawful safeguard where required.
8. Security
We apply proportionate technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
10. Changes
We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest revision.
Trust is fundamental to every client relationship. NexThera collects only the information necessary to respond to enquiries and deliver requested advisory services. We do not sell personal information or use it for marketing without explicit consent. We handle information with the same discretion, integrity and professionalism that we bring to every engagement.
